I’m Gerlyn Tiigemäe, an AI trainer and consultant helping finance teams work smarter with artificial intelligence. I work with professionals who want to understand, apply, and benefit from AI in a clear and practical way.
I have worked extensively in various roles within the finance sector, including building reporting and data management systems for one of Estonia’s largest companies and supporting business leaders in developing their strategies.
With a strong interest in technology and in finding value in data, I naturally transitioned into the world of AI. I’ve completed over 30 training programs globally, including at MIT. Today, AI is a daily tool in my work, and I help organizations become AI-ready through training and strategy.
My approach is grounded in making AI adoption practical, understandable, and aligned with real business needs. Whether it’s a training, a hands-on workshop, or a strategic consultation, I tailor every experience to fit the organization’s goals.
